The parameters, which determine the shape of the rolls, are the material properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, tensions during forming and springback. The forming rolls are manufactured under very strict accuracy conditions. By applying a special coating it becomes unnecessary to lubricate the material. Also forming rolls for existing machines are manufactured.
