The flying cutter accelerates rapidly to the production speed. Than it positions itself before the required profile length is cut. The cut-off toll has been designed in a modular way, making rapid changeover possible. Short profiles are being transported over a conveyer belt. Speeds of more than 100 m/min can be realised.
